Grow Packing Solution supplies packaging products, which may include corrugated boxes, cake boxes, pizza boxes, courier bags, poly bags, packaging materials, and customized or printed packaging.

2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, specifications, photographs, and other information accurately.
Minor differences in colour, appearance, finish, dimensions, printing, or other characteristics may occur due to manufacturing processes, raw materials, screen/display settings, photography, or other practical factors.
Customers should review product specifications carefully before ordering.
3. Pricing
Prices displayed on the website are subject to change.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customization charges, printing charges, or other charges may be displayed separately where applicable.
The final amount payable will be communicated or displayed before order confirmation where reasonably possible.
4. Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted.
We may verify order information, payment, stock availability, shipping availability, or other relevant details before accepting an order.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

- Product unavailability
- Payment failure
- Incorrect customer information
- Suspected fraudulent activity

- Delivery limitations
If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded according to our refund process.
5. Custom and Printed Orders
Custom packaging, custom-sized products, logo-printed products, branded packaging, and other made-to-order products may require separate confirmation.
The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving relevant specifications, including:
- Dimensions
- Quantity
- Material
- Ply/quality
- Printing content
- Logo
- Artwork
- Colours
- Design/proof
- Other customization requirements
Production may begin after the required specifications and/or artwork are approved.
Once production of a customized product has started, cancellation, modification, return, or refund may not be available except where required by applicable law or where the supplied goods materially differ from the approved specifications.
6. Customer Artwork and Content
Customers providing logos, artwork, trademarks, designs, text, or other materials for printing confirm that they have the necessary rights or authorization to use those materials.
Grow Packing Solution may refuse content that appears unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate for production.
7. Bulk Orders
Bulk and business orders may be subject to separate quotations, minimum quantities, payment terms, manufacturing timelines, shipping arrangements, and other mutually agreed commercial terms.
Where specific written quotation or order terms are agreed for a bulk/custom order, those terms may supplement these website Terms & Conditions.
8. Payments
Customers must use the payment methods made available by Grow Packing Solution.
Orders may not be processed until required payment or payment confirmation has been received.
9. Shipping
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Delivery estimates are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, customer location, product availability, manufacturing requirements, weather, public holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
10. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Customized, printed, made-to-order, or specially manufactured products may have different return conditions from standard stock products.
11. Cancellation
Order cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy.

Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, interfere with website functionality, or use the website for unlawful activities.
